This Dad went above-and-beyond to make his little girl’s Halloween extra special.
John Hanrahan took his daughter Molly on a Halloween-night flight to visit family in Westfield, Massachusetts. Obviously this meant that she wouldn’t get to go trick-or-treating.
Or would she?
Before the flight took off, the father passed notes to the other passengers on the plane that read:
“My three-year-old daughter, Molly, was bummed that she wouldn’t be able to go trick-or-treating this year due to this flight… so I decided to bring trick-or-treating to her. If you are willing, when my little doughnut comes down the aisle, please drop this in her basket. You’ll be making her Halloween! If you’re unwilling, no worries, just pass the treat back to me. Thanks so much!”
That’s right, Dad had the foresight to buy some candy ahead of time and write out notes for the other passengers. The passengers went along with it and Molly was able to trick-or-treat without a hitch.
Way to go Dad!
