Another New Year’s ball dropped, and even though we’re all feeling tired, it’s time to get back up and see what we can do different in 2017.

Regardless of what your resolution is, remember that imperfect is better than nothing. Everything starts with small steps, and everyone goes off track once in a while. Don’t beat yourself if you don’t stick to your diet every day, or you can’t make it to the gym when it’s raining out. Remember that setbacks happen to everyone!
